Our team of amazing individuals will facilitate the retreat programme & make sure you get the most out of your retreat. The itinerary of the retreat, combines elements of fitness, circuit training, calisthenics, flowmotion, yoga, kick boxing & amazing outdoor adventure activities all taught by our qualified and experienced team of Ibiza residents.
We aim aim to make your experience unforgettable and the itinerary is a multitude of activities and workshops, led by professional coaches, fitness professionals and island guides, practitioners, private chefs and nutritionists.
